Story Time: Children’s program held every Tuesday for all children ages 3-5 who have not attended Kindergarten. Led by former Covington school teacher Mrs. Deubner. Children are presented with preschool activities, skills, books & crafts with a special share time. Held in 1 hour sessions and available at 2 different times. 9am and 10:30am. Registration is required, stop in at any time to sign your child up!
Labor Day: We will be closed on Monday, September 2 for Labor Day.
Epic Wonders Women’s Book Club: Thursday, September 5 at 10:30am. Meeting is held on the 2nd floor in the Alcove. September’s title for discussion is The Red Tent by Anita Diamant.

Book Club is open to all mature women. If you are interested in joining, call the library to sign up and request your copy of the selected title.
Junior STEAMers: Thursday, September 5th from 3:15-4:15 for all children in grades 5th – 8th. This month will be focused on flight. Think parachutes, airplanes and flying straws!
Monthly Children’s Bingo: Monday, September 9 from 3:15-4:15 for ages kindergarten and up.

J.R. Clarke Trustee Board Meeting: Monday, September 9th at 6pm. Meeting is open to the public.
Fall Book Sale: Friday, September 13th and Saturday, September 14th during regular library hours. Sale will be in the lower level community room.
Lego Landing: Monday, September 30th from 3:15-4:15 for all children ages 1st – 4th grade. Little Lego creators will be building Lego balloon boats.
